Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Degree in Industrial Engineering preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Ability to work extended hours during peak trading periods
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in planning, supply chain, or category management
- with Blue Yonder (JDA) Planning systems advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- Analyse sales data, demand patterns, and market trends to support forecasting and planning
- Develop and manage demand forecasts, seasonal plans, and replenishment schedules
- Optimise inventory performance, stock service levels, and category profitability
- Monitor planning execution and reporting, providing insights to support decision-making
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across departments
- Utilise digital tools and systems to improve efficiency and identify opportunities
- Conduct lead time analysis to support effective supply chain management
