Minimum Requirements
- N4 to N6 in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering, or similar qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and control schematics
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus and Ethernet/IP
- Exposure to project coordination, standards, and technical documentation

- 4–6 years’ experience in an automation or systems integration environment
- Strong hands-on experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and commissioning
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Delta PLC programming experience
- with VTScada, Ignition, or FactoryTalk
- with Power BI or similar reporting tools

Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and maintain PLC programs, primarily on Delta PLC platforms
- Perform program uploads, downloads, and structured logic modifications
- Troubleshoot control systems and resolve software-related issues
- Support commissioning, testing, and validation of automation systems
- Configure, maintain, and optimize SCADA systems
- Develop and manage tags, alarms, trends, and operator interfaces
- Implement system upgrades, modifications, and troubleshooting activities
- Work with VTScada and similar SCADA platforms
- Assist with planning and execution of automation projects
- Independently manage smaller projects from inception to completion
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and project progress
- Contribute to process improvements and ROI-driven initiatives
- Maintain and update system documentation, data packs, and data books
- Update electrical drawings, I/O lists, and control documentation
- Compile reports and perform analysis using Excel
- Assist with Power BI reporting and dashboards where applicable
- Source and evaluate supplier quotations
- Assist with technical specifications and component selection
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments
- Provide technical support during commissioning, breakdowns, and upgrades
- Conduct fault finding and assist with system optimization
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency
