Minimum Requirements

  • Applicants must not be employed.
  • Applicants must not be enrolled with any institution for a qualification nor be registered in any Learnership Programme.
  • Applicants must not be in possession of a completed post-matric qualification (NB: Failure to disclose post-matric Qualifications will result in applicant being disqualified)
  • Applicants in possession of a post-matric qualification must not Knowledge Rand Water Mandate and it's contribution to the water sector. Skills Communication skills (Verbal and Written) Attitude Self Motivated and Resultsdriven.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails
  • Communicate with the public, clients, and internal staff professionally
  • Respond to queries, complaints, and requests for information
  • Maintain good customer service standards
  • Assist in planning meetings and schedules
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Monitor progress of departmental projects and programmes
  • Ensure work is aligned with public service policies and procedures
  • Follow government regulations and ethical standards
  • Maintain integrity and accountability in all tasks
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and office systems
  • Capture data and maintain electronic records
  • Prepare presentations and spreadsheets
