Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma or Certificate in Building, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management. Minimum of 5 years’ Qualifications Registration with a relevant professional body ECSA
- Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Monitor contractor activities and report any defects or non-compliance. Maintain detailed site records, inspection reports, and progress reports. Verify quality of materials and workmanship on site. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Liaise with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers. Assist with site meetings and prepare inspection documentation.
