Responsibilities

  • Analyse dealer sales and prepare reports by region and segment
  • Compile weekly management meeting packs and presentations
  • Prepare monthly HARP and sales analytical reports
  • Maintain QlikView data and reporting systems
  • Assist with calculations and settlement of stakeholder obligations (e.g. insurer rebates)
  • Perform data mining and analysis using Excel and relevant tools
  • Present weekly and monthly insights with actionable recommendations
  • Support value-added analytics for Sales and HARP
  • Prepare KPI-based performance reports (financial and non-financial)
  • Ensure accurate and timely rebate calculations for dealers and HUBs
  • Resolve rebate-related queries
  • Collaborate with Finance for processing credit notes
  • Maintain HARP, Sales, and Accessories databases
  • Ensure data accuracy, validity, and completeness
  • Support correct capturing of transactions in DMS systems
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required
