Minimum Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate-Grade 12
  • PSIRA Registered Grade B
  • Sound knowledge of the security industry
  • Computer Literate (MS Office
  • advanced Excel, PowerPoint, internet and email)
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Financial acumen
  • Sound knowledge of Easy Roster System
  • Sound knowledge of HR/IR

  • Ensure clients complaints and queries are dealt with in an efficient manner
  • Ensure staff turnover is well monitored

  • Ensure that the budget is well maintained
  • Ensure that you are well knowledgeable and attend all meetings
  • Ensure SOPs are adhered to at all times
  • Investigate all queries received
  • Implement correction functions
  • Feedback to appropriate person
  • Telephonic assistance with any problems or complaints
  • Give full feedback to clients where necessary
  • Managing client expectations
  • Keep staff turnover of to the minimum
