Minimum Requirements
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 1-year administrative experience.
- Working knowledge of the following: Public Finance Management Act
- Supply Chain Management
- Financial Management
- Procurement prescripts.
- Skills needed: Communication (written and verbal) skills
- Report writing skills
- Proven Computer literacy in MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent report writing, Organising and Planning
- Problem Solving
- Analytical.
Responsibilities
- Provide the following services: Demand management, Acquisition management, Contract management, Logistics and payments, Filing and database management
- General administration.
