Minimum Requirements
- An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 7) in Economics, Public Finance or Public Policy as recognised by SAQA; 5 years’ experience at middle and/ or senior management level.
- Strategic Capability and Leadership
- Project and Programme Management
- Change Management
- People Management and Empowerment
- Financial Management.
Responsibilities
- Improve the sustainability of provincial and municipal revenue sources and explore the full use thereof
- Strategic Management (including change management)
- People Management; and Finance Management.
