Minimum Requirements
- B Tech in Engineering at NQF 7 with 360 credits
- Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)
- 7 Years Experience Technical operations/maintenance/engineering
- Coaching and transfer of knowledge and skills
- Ability to advise, coach and transfer knowledge and skills

- Audit process in accordance with the Internal Auditors’ Professional Practice Framework, audit engagement, development of risk and control matrices; executing audit programs; reporting follow-up action
- Business process analysis to identify inefficiencies e.g. structure; workflow analysis; business risks management; control strategies and bottleneck management in area of expertise
- Root cause analysis
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to advise, coach and transfer knowledge and skills
- Ability to research, analyses, summaries, interpret and benchmark subjects within area of expertise
- Presentation
- Conflict management
- Conducts technical audits in accordance with professional standards and legislation.
- Records and reports audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Provides a professional advisory service.
- Follow-up and close-out of audits.
- Provide input to the development of an audit plan.
