Minimum Requirements

  • o B Degree in Human Resources/ Behavioural Sciences / Social Sciences or Management at NQF 7 level with 360 Credits or a
  • o B Tech in Human Resources/ Behavioural Sciences / Social Sciences or Management at NQF 7 level with 360 Credits
  • o 10 Years extensive experience in Senior Management and Human Resources value chain management and practices

  • Position/Task Grade: EEE, Reporting to General Manager Human Capital, the Senior Manager Human Resources will be responsible to strategically manage and lead the implementation of Human Resources strategy, policies, procedures, processes and practices through Business partnering and to assist in the positioning of the Human Resources Function.
