Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma in Information Technology/Systems at NQF 6 with 240 Credits
- 3 Years’ Experience in Information Technology
- Knowledge of fault logging system
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
- Relevant System functional knowledge
- Knowledge of ITIL processes Understanding of Eskom Business and value chains
- Knowledge of systems development life cycle (SDLC)
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
