Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma /National N Diploma Technical or
- NQF Level 5/6 National Diploma in Power Plant Process Control
- 5 Years Operating related experience

Responsibilities
- Control shift work plan activities
- Supervise staff on shift
- Implement Plant Safety Programme on Shift
- Assist Shift Manager to manage the continuity of supply without jeopardizing plant and safety of personnel and to meet production requirements
- Perform Operating activities
- Enforce Permit to work system
- Manage Operating Related Incident investigation as delegated
