Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years Short-term Insurance Qualifications with a statistical/modelling aspect and/or Experience will be beneficial
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Business Sciences, Business Mathematics. Other degrees or postgraduate Competencies Problem solving
- Producing innovative solutions to problems

- Proficient in managing priorities
- Exceptional analytical and technical skills
- Collect data from various sources and assess the completeness and accuracy of the data
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights that guide strategic and operational decisions
- Perform detailed statistical investigations using specialised software
- Design and implement statistical models and analytical solutions to address business challenges and drive strategic objectives
- Develop analytical dashboards and reports to monitor operational performance and guide business decisions
- Assist with the cross-population of skills and ways of work that could find purpose in wider application
- Build and maintain good working relationships with management across various operational areas
- Ensure adherence to escalation procedures and mandates on system
- Develop and manage a spectrum of partners that Momentum Insure could leverage off in designing the solutions to various identified opportunities
