Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 years Requirements Matric
- 3 years Experience in a financial environment. Administration experience will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to accounting and financial administration, supporting day-to-day finance operations.
- Computer literate.
- Valid Code driver’s license
- Financial reporting - Preparing accurate financial reports.
- Assist with - month end close activities, prepare journals in the ERP system, uploading of monthly BPC reporting, sundry payment control, and provide financial statical information to internal departments.
- Support and assist with - internal and external audits
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Intercompany recons
- Tax preparation – assisting with required monthly tax info.
- Assist senior finance team members with various ad hoc tasks.
- Analytical thinking – Interpreting financial data to support decisions.
- Knowledge of Accounting Standards – GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with Accounting software – SAP ECC, SAP BPC excel or similar tools.
- Attention to detail – Catching errors and ensuring precision in numbers.
- Time management – handling multiple deadlines efficiently.
- Good communication skills
