Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of three years relevant engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering and asset management
- Experience with lifecycle costing and maintenance optimisation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of engineering standards, procedures, and legislation
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute engineering work safely and independently
- Support reliability studies and equipment improvement initiatives
- Provide technical support for equipment installation, inspection, and repair
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Support lifecycle costing and critical spares optimisation
- Assess technical work performed by peers and contractors
- Manage multiple projects within scope, budget, and timelines
- Compile and maintain high quality technical documentation
- Promote reliability processes and best practices
- Identify and implement operational improvement opportunities
- Support training and coaching on reliability practices
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
