Minimum Requirements
- A qualification at NQF level 7 as recognised by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) in Public Administration/ Public Management/ Business Management/Business Administration.
- Five (5) years of experience at a Senior managerial level in Strategic, Operational & Administrative services.
- Knowledge: ILO Conventions, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Social Plan Guidelines.
- Skills: Planning and organizing, Communication, Computer, Analytical, Presentation, Interpersonal, Report writing, Leadership, Networking.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the registration of opportunities and placement.
- Lead and manage the administration of the ES Board.
- Regulate employment of foreign workers in terms of the ES Act and Immigration Act.
- Regulate Private Employment Agencies and Temporary Employment Services.
- Manage all resources within the Chief Directorate.
