Minimum Requirements

  • Assist with asset management and record-keeping
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, auditors and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain filing systems and financial databases
  • Support efficient financial administration processes
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Finance or Accounting qualification (advantageous)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of financial processes and reconciliations
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, adaptable and able to work in a team
  • 1–2 years’ financial administration
  • Strong mathematical, organisational and communication

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, payments and reimbursements
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Perform bank, account and asset reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes
  • Prepare financial reports and management summaries
  • Monitor budgets and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit
