Minimum Requirements
- REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Information Systems or a related field SAP HR certification or relevant HRIS training will be advantageous REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE 2-5 years' experience in HRIS administration, HR Operations or HR data management
Responsibilities
- The HRIS Administrator will be responsible for the operational administration, maintenance and optimisation of the organisation's HRIS (SAP), ensuring high levels of data accuracy, system integrity and reporting capability. The role supports HRIS, capability and integration in enabling efficient HR operations regulatory compliance, workforce analytics and integrated HR service delivery across the organisation.
