Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12, with Mathematics (Full), Science and English or equivalent (Technical N3, with English)
- A valid driver's license.
- A minimum of 5+ years relevant operations experience which includes
- A minimum of 3+ years work management experience AND
- A minimum of 2+ years relevant planning experience.
- With sound knowledge of the work management processes, critical work management process parameters and the function of the maintenance and planning processes.

Responsibilities
- The purpose of the role is to support the integration of third-party software to enhance the Work Management and other related processes, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and continuity across platforms.
- Compile and deliver end-user training, provide second-line support, and act as a link between stakeholders to manage enhancements, errors and communicate updates effectively.
- Excellent computer skills including SAP, MOR, Excell and PP, Word etc.
- Ability to coach and transfer knowledge.
- Identify current vs. required skills to propose suitable learning interventions.
- Analyze target population profiles to determine intervention necessity.
- Design or select appropriate learning methodologies aligned with legislation and business needs.
- Deliver learning interventions using a variety of instructional methods.
- Help end-users apply skills in real workplace settings.Guide end-users through projects and assignments to ensure competent application.
- Conduct assessments in line with set unit standard requirements.
- Design evaluation methods and analyze performance data to propose improvements.
- Measure impact of learning of on job performance and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure all learning interventions comply with policies, frameworks, and legislation.
- Collaborate with line managers to evaluate implementation needs and address gaps.
- Support departments in implementation and competence requirements.
- Adapt learning content based on chosen software, target population and implementation requirements.
- Monitor and report on progress against implementation plans.
- Develop, revise, and update training materials as needed.
- Act as a learning assessor and moderator when required.
- Manage and track software enhancement requests, ensuring clear communication with vendors.
- Provide second-line support for system issues and escalate as required.
- Maintain ongoing stakeholder communication regarding system updates and features.
- Ensure smooth integration of third-party software with existing processes and systems.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure best practices are shared.
- Establish, manage, govern and assure a standardized approach to work management and the relevant 3rd party systems.
- Understand customer needs and suppliers’ contributions to drive operational results in the best interest of the company.
- Establish and maintain an interdependent and professional working relationship with stakeholders.
