Minimum Requirements
- B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Transport and Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Commerce/ Economics/Business Administration/ at NQF7 with 360 credits
- 5 Years experience in Supplier development and localisation related experience, supply chain management, business management and administration, stakeholder engagement and training, social services and responsibility

- Implement a local development transaction related strategy for all procurement streams i.e. project,
- commodity and tactical sourcing
- Conduct on-going research and analyse commodities and supplier markets.
- Participate in cross functional teams, squad checks.
- Ensure all negotiated supplier development and localisation targets are included in the contract documents
- and monitored.
- Area of specialization: To ensure the successful implementation of all supplier development and localisation (SD&L) objectives regarding skills development, job creation, local content, Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE), industrialisation and supplier development within the relevant group aligned with government socio-economic development objectives
