Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma Security Mngmt/Policing/Security Risk Mngmt at NQF 6 with 240 Credits
- Minimum of 2 years security experience
- Professional Registration Body: Private Security Industry Regulation Authority (PSIRA) Grade B
- Integrity, honesty, trust worthiness, professionalism
- Highly motivated
- Able to work under pressure and with deadlines
- Ability to interact at a senior level
- Coaching, mentoring, team player, developing
- Training ability and experience
- Employee relationship building
- Understanding of a subject, its facts and information relevant to KPA’s. Indicate the required proficiency level for the role and the criteria for updating the competency
- Knowledge of security legislation related to security training

- SASSETA skills program 1 to 4
- National Key Point unit standards
- Firearm handling unit standards for business purposes
Responsibilities
- Organise and supervise the section/shift operational resources
- Supervise the security service provider (contractor) activities
- Perform operational security performance monitoring and assessment
- Perform occupation health and safety inspections
