- National Diploma in Information Technology/Information
- Management/Sciences/Engineering at NQF6 with 240 credits
- 2 Years’ Experience in systems and business processes
- Relevant System functional knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) process
