- Responsibilities: Office administration, frontline services, project management support, managing reception, and switchboard operations.
- Intern: Legal Services and Contract Management
- Responsibilities: Legal assistance, contract management support, and administrative support for the Legal Services and Contract Management departments.
- Intern: Strategy and Research
- Responsibilities: Administrative support for the Strategy and Planning Department, including research, performance verification, qualifications development, and chamber operations.
- Intern: Marketing and Communications
- Responsibilities: Marketing, communications, and administrative duties, involvement in various marketing projects, and support for administrative tasks.
- Intern: Office of the CEO
- Responsibilities: Support administrative tasks at the CEO’s office, assist in strategic initiatives, special projects, risk management, compliance, and transformation.
- Intern: Operations
- Responsibilities: Administrative support for the Operations Departments, scheduling site visits, data capturing, registering, and filing learner documentation.
- Intern: Finance
- Responsibilities: Administrative functions within Procurement Services, Project Accounting, and Financial Management.
- Intern: Information Communications Technology (ICT)
- Responsibilities: Assist with the implementation of the Information Security Programme, development and management of ICT project plans, and production of ICT project reports.
- Intern: Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Responsibilities: Administrative support in HR functions, including Learning and Development, Recruitment, Wellness, Employee Relations, and other HR projects.
- Intern: Knowledge and Records Management
- Responsibilities: Processing physical documents, inputting information into databases, managing record systems, archiving inactive files, and responding to customer queries.
