The Department of Employment and Labour’s Compensation Fund is seeking applicants for its Developmental Programmes, which include Structured Youth Development and Graduate Internship opportunities for the 2024/25 financial year. These programmes are designed to provide hands-on experience for both graduates and undergraduates, helping you build practical skills and knowledge in your field of interest.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a South African citizen between the ages of 18-35.
- Must be unemployed and have never participated in a Developmental Programme previously.
- Applicants should be recent graduates or undergraduates seeking work exposure.
Position Availability
There are over 30 different internship positions available across various departments. These internships provide a fantastic opportunity to explore different career paths, develop professional skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the workings of government operations.
Stipend
Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend of R7,450.
