Responsibilities:
As a learner, you will be responsible for:
- Completing work tasks such as research, analysis, and administration.
- Identifying and escalating potential risks to reduce costs.
- Demonstrating cost-awareness and contributing to financial processes.
- Following the organisation’s values and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) standards during customer interactions.
- Resolving customer complaints and collecting feedback for service improvement.
- Ensuring product knowledge is accurate and sharing information to benefit the team.
- Maintaining operational efficiency by following enhanced processes and quality standards.
- Contributing to process and system improvements.
- Creating and reviewing your development plan, addressing gaps in your skills, and focusing on continuous personal improvement.
Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for this learnership, you must:
- Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Be computer literate (proficiency in MS Office).
- Be unemployed and between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Be a South African citizen.
- Have no prior work experience.
