Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer queries efficiently and within agreed timelines.
  • Delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
  • Monitoring changes in laws, regulations, initiatives, and relevant industry practices; drafting and implementing appropriate interventions.
  • Complying with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
  • Setting up and maintaining filing systems for the business unit to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintaining all administrative processes for the department’s operational activities.
  • Providing timely and accurate management information.
  • Planning and managing performance, skills development, employment equity, talent, and culture of the team to improve innovation and increase competencies.
  • Managing personal development to enhance competencies.
