Purpose of the Vacancies
The primary responsibilities of the Bank Better Champion include:
- Welcoming clients and coordinating branch flow through efficient queue management.
- Providing excellent client service and assisting clients at ATMs and with transactions on remote or self-service channels.
- Gaining the knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum: No prior experience is required; however, candidates must possess a Grade 12 National Certificate.
- Ideal: Some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
Knowledge
- Minimum Knowledge:
- Basic calculations.
- How to engage with people effectively.
- Clarity and understanding of personal aspirations, with a desire to learn.
- Ideal Knowledge:
- Familiarity with bank branch environments.
- Understanding of Capitec Bank products and internal business processes.
Skills
Candidates should possess the following skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
- Interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Conditions of Employment
- Clear criminal and credit record.
