The successful candidates will be responsible for welcoming clients, ensuring efficient queue management, assisting clients at ATMs, and completing transactions on remote or self-service channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients in the branch.
- Manage the branch flow efficiently by ensuring smooth queue functioning.
- Provide excellent client service at the ATMs and self-service channels.
- Gain knowledge, skills, and experience for service consulting.
Experience Required:
- Minimum: No prior experience is required, but candidates must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate.
- Ideal: Some client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
- Ideal or Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of bank branch environments.
- Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and business processes.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Conditions of Employment:
- Must have a clear criminal and credit record.
- Must have fingerprints that are detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system.
