Job Purpose:
Provide client support by responding to telephone and digital queries, offering services across Capitec’s product range, and meeting set operational targets.
Experience Required:
- Minimum: 1-2 years’ experience in banking, retail, finance, or client service environment.
- Ideal: 1-2 years’ experience in a Contact Centre, preferably with sales and/or service experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
- Ideal: A relevant tertiary qualification in Financial Management or Business Management.
Knowledge:
- Minimum: Experience in a retail or banking environment.
- Ideal:
- Understanding of financial principles and the banking environment.
- Basic telesales techniques, sales principles, and operational/product knowledge.
- Familiarity with Capitec Bank’s products and procedures.
