About the Role
The Salesperson will be responsible for driving in-store sales, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and supporting daily store operations. You’ll identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and ensure each shopping experience reflects the Bradlows standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service to retain and attract clients.
- Conduct sales activities such as prospecting, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Ensure store merchandising and displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Process both cash and credit transactions accurately in line with company policy.
- Maintain knowledge of all product ranges to advise customers effectively.
- Build long-term customer relationships that lead to repeat business.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- 7 to 12 months’ sales experience, preferably in retail.
- Proven ability to meet targets and close sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
