Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Mechanical Knowledge: Demonstrate understanding of Cummins products and industry standards, adhering to safety and technical procedures.
- Proficiency in Product Repair and Maintenance: Ability to disassemble, clean, inspect, troubleshoot, and reassemble engines.
- Driver’s License: A valid motor vehicle driver’s license is required for the role.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
You must meet one of the following qualification criteria:
- Grade 12 National Senior Certificate (NSC) and an N2 Nated Certificate, with subjects in Engineering Drawing, Engineering Science, Mathematics, and Diesel or Motor Trade Theory.
- Grade 12 NSC and an NCV Level 4 qualification.
- NCV Level 4 qualification, with subjects in Engineering Process, Professional Engineering Practical, Applied Engineering Technology, Automotive Repair & Maintenance, and Mathematics.
