Momentum Corporate is offering an exciting Client Service Administrator Learnership, starting on 1 February 2025. This is a great opportunity for young, motivated individuals to gain practical experience and theoretical knowledge in client service administration.

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of all client service processes and requests to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Provide relevant information and documentation as required, adhering to guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Meet service level agreements with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
- Age: 18 to 25 years (including those turning 25 in 2025).
- Language Proficiency: Able to speak, read, and write in English.
- Education: Passed Grade 12/Matric with English and either Maths or Accounting.
- Other: Applicants must not be enrolled in another learnership or have previously participated in a learnership.
