Sasol is inviting South African unemployed youth to apply for their 12-month learnership programme. This programme combines theoretical learning with practical on-site work experience, designed to improve the skills and workplace readiness of entry-level learners.
It also focuses on foundational skills such as literacy, numeracy, communication, computer skills, and basic business principles.

- Theoretical Component:
Learners will cover topics such as:- Entrepreneurship
- Business Operations
- Customer Service
- Business Accounting
- Maths Literacy
- Communication Skills
- Computer Skills
- Practical Component:
Learners will gain hands-on experience by providing administrative support, which will improve the efficiency of managers and departments. This component is aimed at enhancing work readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the learnership programme and successfully complete the assessment process
- Engage in all required workplace readiness activities and exercises

- Must have a Matric / Grade 12 certificate
