Key Outputs and Responsibilities
- Plant and Process:
- Optimize plant and process performance.
- Operate the Brew house Plant and Beverage Fermentation Plant.
- Perform housekeeping tasks, apply 5S principles, and follow safe work practices.
- Identify and correct unsafe work practices.
- Quality Control and Analysis:
- Conduct quality checks and analyses, record results.
- Apply problem-solving techniques for quality issues.
- Escalate unresolved problems to the Control Room Operator (CRO).
- Communication:
- Participate in monthly and shift-based meetings.
- Utilize gap lists and shift logbooks for communication.
- Complete handovers to incoming shift team members.
- Problem Solving:
- Respond to triggers that could lead to out-of-control situations.
- Use problem-solving techniques to address issues.
- Teamwork:
- Work effectively in teams, communicate and assist others.
- Demonstrate initiative, energy, and achievement drive.
- Work shifts according to production requirements.
