Responsibilities
As an intern, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing professional client service at branches
- Managing client inquiries and documenting activities and outcomes
- Escalating customer complaints or complex queries to supervisors and branch managers
- Offering technical assistance on AVBOB products and services
- Building positive client relationships by following up on active processes
- Maintaining client records and documenting processes
- Identifying potential client service concerns through surveys and facilitating proactive interventions
- Staying updated on emerging client service trends
- Recommending product improvements based on feedback
Qualifications
To be eligible, you must have a qualification in one of the following fields:
- Financial Degree
- Accounting / Economics Degree
- BSc Information Systems Degree
- Marketing Management Degree
- Business Administration Degree
