Description
Gain practical exposure and experience in our bakery’s Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes through:
- Ensuring the production of quality products.
- Practical work exposure in Quality Management.
- Participation in site, internal, and external audits.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting.
- Involvement in food safety and quality control measures.
- Supporting and fostering a food safety culture.
You will receive both formal and informal guidance throughout the duration of the program.

Qualification Requirements
- Entry: Grade 12 and currently studying towards a National Diploma in Food Technology (final year).
Experience Requirements
- As an intern, you will need to accurately record and maintain a logbook of your workplace exposure.
- Must possess good knowledge of the relevant department/area in the milling supply chain and be able to perform key tasks as stipulated.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the QC/QA Manager.
