The South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) is offering a customer service training opportunity through its Contact Centre Trainee program.
This program is for recent graduates with strong communication skills who want to gain real-world experience in customer relations and office administration.
The aim is to prepare participants to deliver professional support services across various communication platforms.

What Youโll Be Doing
As a Contact Centre Trainee, you’ll serve as the first point of contact between SACAA and its clients. Your main responsibility is to provide professional assistance via phone, email, and online platforms. Youโll also gain practical experience in administrative functions and quality control processes.
Key Duties Include:
Customer Service
- Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Log, update, and track customer queries using a CRM system.
- Support customers with account and service-related information.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior staff.
- Send satisfaction surveys after every customer interaction.
- Participate in continuous training and contribute ideas for service improvement.
Administration
- Organise documents and meeting materials for internal use.
- Maintain proper filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Track all client queries and document their resolution.
- Coordinate departmental meetings and communication.
Quality Control
- Adhere to internal service standards and quality metrics.
- Ensure queries are resolved within the agreed SLA timelines.
Who Should Apply?
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- National Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Consumer Studies, Business Administration, or related fields.
Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelorโs Degree in any of the above-mentioned fields will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year working in a call centre or client service environment.
