Role Purpose:
The internship aims to support the implementation of the Plennegy Group Data strategy and manage processes to create, maintain, and enhance data. The intern will be responsible for the daily execution of data management tasks to ensure data integrity, governance, and alignment with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master Data Management: Create, update, and retire master data records following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company standards.
- Documentation: Digitally file and manage ERP source document information.
- Query Management: Update and complete the Query Management System within required Service Level Agreements (SLA) for business users.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with business users, colleagues, and management.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Data Tasks: Assist with data sourcing, collection, capture, scrubbing, and other requirements for ERP or system-related projects approved by the Business Improvement and/or Master Data teams.
Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- Any tertiary education (Diploma / Degree)
- Ideally a Bachelor’s Degree
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Experience as a data capturer or in a role linked to data updates is advantageous
