    Primary Purpose

    The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that merchant accounts are set up correctly and efficiently, contributing to the overall customer service experience.

    Requirements

    • Experience: 1 – 2 years in a Customer Service Centre environment.
    • Knowledge: Familiarity with customer service practices and principles in the card industry.
    • Qualifications:
      • Matric.
      • RE 5 certification.
      • FAIS recognized qualification or equivalent is preferred.

    Competencies

    • Understanding of regulations and compliance related to FAIS and FICA Act, particularly PCI Compliance.
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service and support, enhancing opportunities for increased product consumption.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Commitment to service excellence, especially in complex financial situations.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and design appropriate solutions.
