The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that merchant accounts are set up correctly and efficiently, contributing to the overall customer service experience.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 – 2 years in a Customer Service Centre environment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with customer service practices and principles in the card industry.
- Qualifications:
- Matric.
- RE 5 certification.
- FAIS recognized qualification or equivalent is preferred.
Competencies
- Understanding of regulations and compliance related to FAIS and FICA Act, particularly PCI Compliance.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and support, enhancing opportunities for increased product consumption.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commitment to service excellence, especially in complex financial situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and design appropriate solutions.
