Discovery HR Administrator Graduate Programme 2024/25

Discovery invites unemployed South African graduates to apply for the HR Administrator Internship Programme for the 2024/2025 period. This role is based in the Performance Services Department, where the intern will provide essential HR administrative support.

The intern will assist with a variety of tasks, including recruitment administration, HR administration, data capturing, filing, reporting, and project administration, while also serving as an ambassador for Discovery Health Performance Services.

Responsibilities

As an HR Administrator Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment Administration: Supporting the recruitment process by managing related administrative tasks.
  • HR Administration: Handling various HR-related administrative duties.
  • Reporting: Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of reports.
  • Data Capturing and Database Management: Ensuring accurate data entry and managing databases.
  • Project Administration: Providing support for HR-related projects.
  • Ambassadorship: Representing and promoting Discovery Health Performance Services.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Education:
    • Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
    • A B Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
