Job Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Assist clients with opening accounts and addressing all betting queries.
• Sales Activation: Drive daily sales and activations by demonstrating mobile products and services effectively to encourage purchases.
• Marketing Campaigns: Implement mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign up new online accounts.
• Record Keeping: Maintain records of sales activities and report progress to management daily.
• Promotional Activities: Set up displays at outlets, events, and promotions to attract prospective punters.
• FICA Compliance: Assist customers in submitting correct FICA documents when opening new accounts.
• Customer Engagement: Ensure new customers use the sign-up bonus to bet and guide them on using the mobile application.
• Work Area Maintenance: Keep work areas neat and tidy to promote a positive image.
• Equipment Management: Ensure proper management and maintenance of all mobile equipment.
• Training Participation: Complete weekly training sessions as required.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed business targets and objectives.
• Experience in promoting and selling products/services.
• Understanding of TUV (top-up voucher) distribution and related processes.
• Familiarity with different betting markets and products.

Additional Information

Candidates with prior work experience as a promoter or in similar roles, along with excellent customer service skills, will be given preference.
